As Urbanspace’s Director of Hospitality, Ben shares his knowledge and passion for the hospitality industry through his mentorship of the young minds working within our various concepts. A 22 year hospitality veteran who has spent time at some of the finest establishments in the country, Ben has worked at Michelin Starred Restaurants and Top 50 Bars in the World. He looks forward to continuing to help develop top-tier bars and restaurants here in Austin (and beyond) with Urbanspace Hospitality.

As COO of all pillars under Urbanspace, Lara develops and manages the processes that keep the moving parts behind Urbanspace working in unison. She treats each new endeavor as an opportunity to continue Urbanspace’s mission of making Austin, TX, the best place to live, work, and play. Lara has deep roots in the Austin community, having been involved in several philanthropic causes over the past two decades. Lara and her family are proud Downtown Residents.

Deeply rooted within the creative development, design, and execution of Urbanspace’s layered marketing and brand promotional initiatives, Robbie ensures a consistent visual message throughout the full-breadth of Urbanspace’s activities. He loves nothing more than building a brand identity from scratch — having collaborated with the Urbanspace team to do just that for the full suite of Urbanspace Hospitality’s Austin concepts.
